Confidence you can train.
STAMNR turns two minutes of daily logging into one calm, honest reading of where you stand, and shows you what actually moves it. No shame, no lectures, nothing on your lock screen.
14 days free for new subscribers: App Store accounts that have not used an introductory offer for STAMNR Premium. Apple determines eligibility. You are not charged during the trial. After it, the plan you picked renews until you cancel in your Apple Account.

The problem, named
A quiet problem
with a loud pattern.
About 1 in 4 men under 40 deal with this (Capogrosso et al., 2013, Journal of Sexual Medicine). STAMNR is built for the everyday pattern of nerves, overthinking and pressure. That pattern has a shape, and shapes can be trained. If something feels physically off, that is a GP conversation first.
One bad night becomes the story
It happens once. Then the worry about it happening again does most of the damage. The loop is the problem, and loops can be trained down.
Grading it instead of being in it
You are in bed, but really you are up in your own head, checking how it is going. Attention leaves your body and goes into the commentary. Nobody performs well with an audience of one.
The 3am search spiral
The internet answers panic with worst cases. What helps is a calm picture of your own pattern, and a private way to work on it.
How it works
Two minutes a day.
The rest is trained.
One rhythm, three moments. You log in the morning, train during the day, and close the day at night. Your reading updates the moment you log, and the evening never holds it back.
Log the window that just closed
A few sliders, nothing asked twice. Answers move you on as you tap them.
- Sleep last night
- Energy right now
- Movement yesterday
- Last night, if there was one, and how it went
- Drinks, nicotine, medication
Train the calm
A few quiet minutes to settle your system. Apple Health adds sleep, training and recovery in the background if you connect it.
- Daily Practice, the guided session
- A short lesson from the 12-week programme
- A pelvic floor set, if you want one
Close the day
How today actually went, in a handful of taps. Then read your number.
- Pressure and stress
- Mood
- Feeling unwell
- Desire
Base camp. You have arrived, and the route goes up from here.
The reading
One number.
One plain word.
Never a prediction.
Your Firmness reading is a readiness index of your own last 24 hours: sleep, energy, movement, drinks, stress, and how things actually went. The same fixed formula for everyone. It moves on what you log and on what Apple Health shows, and on nothing else. Lessons, streaks and time in the app never touch it.
- Base camp0 to 33You have arrived, and the route goes up from here.
- Climbing34 to 50You are on the route and moving.
- Steep51 to 65This is where the habits do the carrying.
- Summit push66 to 82Real height, climbed a point at a time.
- Peak83 to 100This is your ground now, and it is yours to enjoy.
The Ascent
Five stations.
One climb.
Your reading is a position on a mountain, not a grade. The beam follows the painted trail to exactly where you stand today, and the five stations are the five tier words. Station five stands on the summit.
The summit push. Real height, climbed a point at a time.

Inside the app
Three tabs. Quiet by design.
Today, Practice, Progress. No notification you did not ask for, and nothing that needs you to keep scrolling.

Your Read
An app that pays attention.
STAMNR builds a picture of your habits from your own logs and updates it as new logs come in, roughly weekly once there is enough new to say. Then it writes you a Read: a short, personal account of your recent weeks and one thing worth your attention. Your first Read opens once you have logged three check-ins.
A steadier week, with one loud exception.
Your calmer days kept showing up together: solid sleep the night before, training done, and evenings that ended well. That cluster keeps showing up.
The one rough night followed drinks close to the moment, so it was set aside.
- Once a month, a Reveal. With ten or more logged days, the app builds seven short slides of your month: the clearest split in your logs, the evidence either side, and what to watch next. It never expires. A thin month simply rolls into the next one.
Honest about what it knows
The app looks for what lines up with your own better stretches. Sleep might be your lever. It might be alcohol. When it has not seen enough nights on both sides of a habit to call it, it says so, rather than making something up to look clever.
Practice
Where you train the calm.
A couple of quiet minutes to settle your system and let your body do what it already knows. The calm is the skill, and the rest follows on its own.
Daily Practice
The full guided session. Breathe, settle, picture it, and let it happen. Pick your breathing pattern, pin it to something you already do, and let it build over most days.
- Weeks 1 to 2FoundationsUnderstand what is happening, and start the daily calm habit.
- Weeks 3 to 6Training the responseDrill the calm-and-allow response until it starts to feel automatic.
- Weeks 7 to 10Into the real worldCarry the skill into real moments, gently and on your own terms.
- Weeks 11 to 12ConsolidationLock in the gains and handle an off night without it spiralling.
In the moment
Before or during, right when you need it. Just the calming routine, no scoring, and nothing on screen that says what it is for.
Pelvic floor
A short guided set. Light squeeze, long release. Something you can do anywhere without anyone knowing.
Discretion
Nothing on your lock screen says what this is for.
Every notification is written to mean something to you and nothing to anyone glancing at your phone. Suggestions, never demands, never a score, and after a break it never mentions the gap.
- Off by defaultReminders stay off until you switch them on.
- Quiet overnightNothing before 07:00, nothing after 22:00, and each type has its own daily cap.
- Every type has a switchMorning check-in, personal note, daily session, quick sets, evening: each one is yours to time.
- Never a numberNo score, no tier word, no streak warning, ever.
Privacy, specifically
Built private, not promised private.
Your logs live in your own locked row on a server in the EU. No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking tools. Here is exactly what that means.
Your logs, your key
Your logs are locked to your account on an EU server. Nobody else using STAMNR can see them, and there is no shared feed of anyone's data.
Identity stripped before any AI
Your name, email and account ID are removed before anything reaches an AI model, and the model runs under commercial API terms that do not allow training on your data.
Journal stays yours
Journal entries are excluded from the Read unless you switch them on yourself. Heart-rhythm data is never sent to a model at all.
No ads, no tracking
No advertising code in the app, no tracking pixels on this website, no third-party analytics. Nothing here watches you for anyone else.
Take your log with you
Export your own answers as a plain file whenever you like: one row per logged day, your raw entries only. No calculated number, no Read, nothing that identifies you.
Delete everything
Delete your account from inside the app, subscriber or not, and your logs, Reads and profile go with it. The one thing that stays is the purchase record behind your subscription, as the Privacy Policy sets out.
The deal
Built to be outgrown, not to keep you.
No streaks to lose, no leaderboards, no guilt. Progress only counts up, and coming back after a break never starts with an apology.
The number only moves on real inputs. Lessons, streaks and app usage never inflate your reading. Ever.
It says "still gathering" out loud. No invented insights, no story dressed up as a finding, and it will not call a lever early just to have something to say.
It knows when to step back. If anything about your health is on your mind, it points you to your GP plainly and gets out of the way.
